Vanedia Professional Colored Camouflage Base - 2in1 base and paint

Vanedia colour camouflage base is an innovative product that combines the function of a base coat and a colour gel coat in one. This professional base colours the nail with a natural shade, camouflages imperfections and strengthens the nail plate at the same time. It helps strengthen weakened nails thanks to the fibers it contains and its formula is HEMA-free, minimizing the risk of irritation. Ideal for quick application - saves time when creating a manicure.

Purpose of use

The 2-in-1 colour camouflage nail base serves as a base for gel polish and as a colour layering material. It is designed to even out the nail surface, cover imperfections (e.g. grooves or colour unevenness) and to provide a subtle natural nail shade in gel manicures.

Product Features

• In one step, it creates a solid base while giving the nail a camouflage cover colour.

Polymerization

• UV/LED lamp curing: 60-90 seconds (depending on layer thickness and lamp power).
• Recommended lamp power: minimum 48 W for reliable curing even with thicker base layers.

Application procedure

1. Prepare the natural nail - degrease it, carefully trim the cuticle and gently roughen the surface of the nail with a nail file (just a little, for better adhesion). Remove dust.
2. Apply a thin layer of Vanedia Camouflage Base to the entire nail as a base and let it cure in the UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
3. For more coverage or strength, you can apply a second thin layer of base coat, or apply it as a drop to the centre of the nail and shape the apex - then cure again (60-90 seconds depending on the thickness of the coat).
4. If the base leaves a sticky layer (efflorescence), you do not need to wipe it off, you can continue by applying another layer (e.g. coloured gel coat or top coat) directly on top of it. If you file or otherwise modify the base, wipe off the efflorescence to prevent the file from clogging.
5. Continue the manicure as needed - you can apply a coloured gel polish on top of the camouflage base (for the next shade) or a final top coat if you're happy with the look.

Recommendations for the best result

Stir the camouflage base bottle gently before use to ensure even pigmentation. Apply the base in as thin a layer as possible - for thicker layers, extend the curing time so that the material dries thoroughly in depth. For even better adhesion, you can apply a thin layer of classic clear base or primer before applying the base. Use a fine file when filing the cured base and remove only minimal material to avoid disturbing the camouflage effect.
